Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our law firm. The Paralegal will work closely with our legal team and assist in various legal tasks and assignments.
Responsibilities:
As a Paralegal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with legal research and preparing legal documents/contracts under the supervision of attorneys.
Conducting administrative tasks, including document filing, record keeping, and scheduling.
Providing support during client meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
Drafting routine correspondence and other legal communications.
Assisting in document review and discovery processes for litigation cases.
Coordinating with team members to ensure efficient case management and deadlines are met.
Assisting with client communication and maintaining professional and timely responses.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field from a reputable university.
Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive in handling legal documents and tasks.
Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
Good command of English language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
